The OU men's team is ranked top three in three events and leads the nation in the shot put (19.02m (62'5") average), highlighted by Ralford Mullings' personal-best 19.92m (65'4.25") toss at the JD Martin Invitational on Jan. 31, the second-best mark recorded in the NCAA so far this season. The men also rank second in the high jump (2.15m (7'0.50")) and third in the long jump (7.59m (24'11")).

The Sooner women are ranked second in the nation in the triple jump (13.23m (43'5")) and third in the shot put (15.70m (51'6.25")) and long jump (6.30m (20'8")). Pippi Lotta Enok's school record breaking performance in the pentathlon at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational helped OU in the TFRI, her 4,411 score is third in the NCAA so far this season.

BACK AND BETTER
Oklahoma returns all six 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships qualifiers.

Senior Olivia Lueking aims for her fourth consecutive First Team All-America honor in the pole vault. Ranked as the top-two combined events athletes in OU history, Angel Richmore and Pippi Lotta Enok hope to return to the NCAA Championships after placing seventh and ninth in 2024. Shot putter Paige Low earned 14th at last year's championships for Second Team All-American.

BJ Green and Nikaoli Williams headline the men's team. Green returns after sweeping the Big 12 triple jump titles and earning two NCAA First Team All-America awards in 2024. Williams looks for redemption after qualifying for last year's site, but was unable to attempt due to injury.

NEW CONFERENCE, NEW OPPORTUNITIES
The Sooners enter their first season in the SEC, a league known for track & field dominance. The conference accounted for 14 individual national titles during the 2024 indoor season. Oklahoma leaves behind a 30-year legacy in the Big 12 that includes 84 individual champions.

PRIMED IN PARIS
Ralford Mullings returns after competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where he placed ninth in the discus throw. The Jamaican standout will debut indoors for OU this season in the shot put.

SETTLED IN
Head Coach James Thomas enters his second season at the helm of Oklahoma Track & Field. In his inaugural season, Thomas directed the program to three school records, one Olympian, two individual conference titles, 15 All-America honors, 47 all-conference awards and 59 top-ten performances in OU history.
