Lexi McDaniel rounding third base after hitting a home run

McDaniel Named SEC Softball Freshman of the Week

NORMAN  — Oklahoma Softball freshman Lexi McDaniel was named SEC Softball Freshman of the Week as announced by the league Monday, March 2. McDaniel led the Sooners with a .769 batting average in five games this past weekend, helping the Sooners put up a staggering 116 runs and 30 homers.
