LEXINGTON, Ky. — Despite jumping out to a 5-0 lead, ninth-seeded and No. 13 Georgia (38-17) rallied to score 10 unanswered runs as No. 1 Oklahoma (48-8) dropped its SEC Quarterfinals matchup against the Bulldogs, 10-5, Thursday, May 7.

Ailana Agbayani put down a squeeze bunt that brought Garcia home.
Minor made it home runs in consecutive games after roping a solo shot to left center in the bottom of the second inning.
After OU's first scoreless trip to the plate, the Bulldogs bit back in a big way, scoring five runs in the fourth en route to 10 unanswered runs. Jaydyn Goodwin and Gabi Novickas both tagged solo home runs and Bailey Lindemuth brought in a pair of runners with a three-run homer to center.
Georgia broke the 5-5 tie with three runs in the sixth inning on four hits and four two-out RBIs. OU looked like it had a chance to tightrope out of the tense inning after the Bulldogs poked consecutive leadoff singles. But, with two outs and runners at second and third, Kierstin Roose roped an RBI single to center to give the Bulldogs their first lead. The throw home was misplayed, allowing a second run to score. Goodwin stayed hot, doubling to center to extend the Bulldogs' lead to 8-5.
The Bulldogs pecked away with two more insurance runs in the seventh on two singles, a passed ball and sac fly.
Minor reached on a one-out double in the seventh but that was the closest OU got to getting back on the board as Georgia's Presley Harrison closed out the game with just one earned in 6.2 innings of work.
