ROTATION ORDER

In the finals, the Sooners will begin on vault and rotate in Olympic order, ending on floor. Minnesota will begin on bars, Florida on beam and LSU on floor.

ALL-AROUND GLORY

Faith Torrez put an exclamation point on her career Thursday night. The senior earned the 2026 NCAA All-Around title with a 37.7875 in semifinal competition. She joins an elite group of Oklahoma gymnasts to win the all-around title in Jordan Bowers, Anastasia Webb, Maggie Nichols and Kelly Garrison.

ALL-AMERICAN SOONERS

Eight members of the Oklahoma women's gymnastics team combined for 15 All-America honors at the 2026 NCAA Championships.

Championship All-America honors are based on individual finishes in Thursday's semifinal sessions with first team honors going to gymnasts who finish in the top four of their semifinal and second team recognition to those who finish in positions five through eight.

For the second year in a row, senior Faith Torrez earned All-America honors on all four events plus the all-around.

The 2026 NCAA All-Around Champion, Torrez was a first-team selection across the board, joining Jordan Bowers, Maggie Nichols and Anastasia Webb in claiming five first team honors in the same championship. Torrez now has 23 total All-America honors (13 NCAA, 10 WCGA regular season) in her career. The senior is the fifth Sooner to ever win the all-around, joining 2024 champion Bowers,  Webb (2021), Nichols (2018, 2019) and Kelly Garrison (1987, 1988). This is Torrez's second national title after claiming the beam championship in 2024. Torrez is also the sixth Sooner to win multiple national titles joining Nichols (6), Garrison (4), Webb (3), Dowell (2) and Audrey Davis (2).

Lily Pederson earned first team All-America honors on vault and in the all-around, while Elle Mueller was named to the first team on vault and floor.

2026 NCAA Vault Champion Keira Wells earned first team All-America honors on vault with a second team nod on beam.

Junior Hannah Scheible earned a first team nod on vault, freshman Mackenzie Estep was named to the first team on bars and fellow freshman Ella Murphy earned first team recognition on beam. Caitlin Smith received second team recognition on bars in her NCAA postseason debut.

POSTSEASON SUCCESS

Postseason has been a strength of the Sooners under 20-year head coach K.J. Kindler. Since 2010, OU has won a conference (regular season or tournament) and regional championship in the same season 14 times, accomplishing the feat in 2010, 2012-2019 and 2022-2026.

The Sooners have advanced to the NCAA Championship 25 times in program history, including every season dating back to 2004. OU has never missed NCAA competition under Kindler's leadership. Since 2016, the Sooners have placed in the top two in nine of 10 seasons and won national titles in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2025.

ROAD WARRIORS

In the last decade, the Sooners have shown they are a force to be reckoned with away from the friendly confines of Lloyd Noble Center. Since 2015, the Sooners boast a 272-16-1 record on the road, a .942 win rate. This includes a 67-6 (.918) record at true away competition sites and a 206-10-1 (.951) mark at neutral sites. In 2026, the Sooners are 27-1-1 in meets away from home.
