NORMAN — Oklahoma gymnastics senior Faith Torrez was named a nominee for the College Athlete of the Year, Women's Sports at the 2026 ESPYS Presented by Capital One. Fan voting is now live via ESPN.com/ESPYS.

The 2026 ESPY Awards will take place on Wednesday, July 15, airing live from the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center in New York City at 7 p.m. CT on ABC.

The five-time national champion is nominated for College Athlete of the Year, Women's Sports, marking the first time since 2024 that a Sooner has been tabbed a nominee. Torrez is the only gymnast to be nominated in any category this year.

Fan voting is now underway for all categories and runs through Wednesday, July 15 at 11 a.m. CT.
