Tom Fox is in his second season with the OU men's basketball program in 2025-26 and serves as director of analytics and video coordinator. In his first year with OU, the Sooners won 20 games and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in in four seasons.
Fox spent the 2023-24 campaign with the Greensboro Swarm as its video coordinator. He handled film and assisted with player development and scouting.Â
Before his one season in the G-League, Fox spent eight seasons on the Buffalo staff, serving the previous four years (2019-23) as director of basketball operations and analytics and the first four (2015-19) as video coordinator. The Bulls earned three NCAA Tournament appearances, three Mid-American Conference tournament championships, two MAC regular season titles and an NIT berth in his tenure. Buffalo reached the round of 32 twice.Â
As an assistant coach for Blue Collar U in The Basketball Tournament (TBT), he helped guide BCU to the 2022 TBT Championship and an appearance in the 2023 Sweet 16.Â
Before his time in New York, Fox spent the 2014-15 season as the video coordinator at Wisconsin-Green Bay, helping the Phoenix reach the NIT. He was responsible for breaking down advanced scouting film and film exchanges. In addition, he aided in the day-to-day operations.Â
Fox graduated from Green Bay in 2014 with a degree in communications and served as a student manager. During the 2013-14 campaign, GB won the Horizon League regular season championship and earned a spot in the NIT.
Before Green Bay, Fox represented England on the U16 and U18 teams and competed in two European Championships. He won two national championships and two National Cups as a member of the Manchester Magic.Â
The Cheshire, England, native competed for one season on the IMG Academy postgraduate team in 2009.
