Mandi Tylicki

Mandi joined Oklahoma Athletics in November 2021 and has served as the Assistant Business Manager for Purchasing since October 2022.
In this role, she manages purchasing requests by the athletics department, oversees complex purchases to meet departmental needs for goods and services, manages the RFQ and RFP process, serves as a liaison between Oklahoma Athletics and the University Procurement Department and sets up staff access to ARMS and ARMS software training as needed.
Prior to her role as the Assistant Business Manager for Purchasing, she served as the Accounts Payable Coordinator from November 2021 to September 2022. In that role, she was responsible for invoice management including approval of invoices, proper coding and ensuring invoices follow university, state and NCAA guidelines.
Prior to Oklahoma, she served as an accountant at Kansas State University from April 2020 to November 2021. In that role, she oversaw the department’s financial operation, including a state, grant and foundation budget, facilitated purchasing, vendor payments, various consortium billing and accounts receivable, and provided quarterly financial reports and billing for noncredit courses.
She earned her Associates’ in accounting from Hutchinson Community College and her bachelor’s degree in administration leadership from the University of Oklahoma with a distinctive honor.
Her family in Norman includes her spouse, Chad Tylicki, children, Katelyn, Ethan and Landon. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography and cheering on the Sooners.
