ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY
- Beer and other newly offered ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages are available stadium-wide at portable concession stands.
- Service begins when gates open (90 minutes prior to first pitch) and is discontinued at the conclusion of the seventh inning.
- All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage. A valid ID is required for purchase. There is a two-alcoholic-beverage limit per person, per ID, per transaction.
- Alcohol is not permitted to leave the stadium gates nor can outside alcohol be brought into the stadium on game day.
CASHLESS PURCHASING
- A 100% cashless experience will be in place for food, beverage and retail (Apple Pay will be available at all locations).
- Cash to card kiosks will not be available at L. Dale Mitchell Park.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
- OU will continue its clear-bag policy this season. The approved clear plastic tote size is a maximum of 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches, or a one-gallon clear, plastic freezer bag. All bags, including clear bags, are subject to search.
- Clear fanny pack and clear crossbody bags are permitted.
- Non-transparent clutch wallets no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches are permitted.
- Bags necessary for medical equipment will be searched at marked medical lanes at each gate.
- No other bags or purses, including diaper bags, are permitted. The limit on bags is one per person.
- Fans may bring an EMPTY clear, plastic water bottle less than 17 oz. into the stadium.
- Metal frame stadium seats with chairbacks and lawn chairs are allowed in L. Dale Mitchell Park, and are required to go through appropriate security screening at the main gate west entrance.
GENERAL CONCESSIONS, RESTROOMS & RETAIL
- Concession stands and restrooms are located down the first and third base lines on the upper concourse of the stadium.
- Ballpark retail is located on the upper concourse down the third line.
- Concession stands and retail location is 100% cashless.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
DRINK RAILS & UPGRADED CONCESSIONS
- Mitchell Park includes a set of drink rails on the upper concourse area and increased concessions options for fans.
- Upper-concourse concessions offerings include Dickeyās Barbecue Pit, HTeaO and Kona Ice. A Live On Hospitality food trailer, featuring traditional ballpark favorites, plus a draft beer trailer and other additional concessions options along the main concourse. The lower concourse area will again feature two portable alcohol carts. Outfield options will feature Dippinā Dots, Poppinā Okies and a portable beer stand.
ELEVATOR
The elevator to the upper concourse is located behind home plate, inside the gate entrance to L. Dale Mitchell Park.
FIRST AID
Guests in need of first aid or medical attention should contact event staff located throughout the stadium. Paramedics will be on site for each game.
FIELD REGULATIONS/PRESS BOX
No person is permitted on the playing field before, during or after the game. Press box access is strictly prohibited without proper credential.
GATE ENTRY
⢠Gates to L. Dale Mitchell Park open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. Entrance gates are located behind home plate, along W. Imhoff Rd.
GUEST ASSISTANCE
Guests in need of assistance while in the stadium should contact event staff located throughout the venue.
LEFT FIELD STUDENT SEATING
Students receive free admission to the gated area on the left field berm with a valid OU student ID. Students permitted to bring their own seating, food and beverages to the area.
LOGE BOXES & RENOVATED SUITES
- Four loge boxes are located on the upper concourse of the first- and third-base lines to provide an additional premium seating option for fans looking for an enhanced game day experience. Options to purchase a box with seating arrangements between two and eight seats are currently available on a season and conference only ticket basis. Single game ticket options for the loge boxes are available on a select basis.
- In addition to the loge boxes, two remodeled suites are available for purchase, located within the newly renovated press box on the first-base side. These suites seat 9-12 guests and include a personal television and the option to purchase food and beverage within the suite.

LOST & FOUND
- Lost and Found items can be returned to or retrieved from the ticket office or press box at L. Dale Mitchell Park.
- Patrons may claim lost-and-found items up to one hour after the conclusion of the game or from OU's Facility Management Office during normal business hours. Please call 405-325-3060 to retrieve lost items.
PARKING
All parking for baseball games is located in the Lloyd Noble Center parking lot, across W. Imhoff Rd. from L. Dale Mitchell Park.
REPORT AN ISSUE
The University of Oklahoma and Department of Homeland Security want you to enjoy your game-day experience. You play an important role in creating an enjoyable experience at Mitchell Park. If you see something suspicious, say something to local authorities located throughout the stadium.
RETAIL
The Sooner Shop trailer with official OU apparel is located on the outside concourse when fans enter the gates. Fans must use a credit or debit card as all retail sales are cashless.
RF PATIO: 'SECTION 405'
- A new shaded patio seating option debuted at L. Dale Mitchell Park in 2025 beyond the right field wall. Located in front of the berm on the east side of the ballpark, āSection 405ā introduced 126 chairback seats, available on a single-game basis starting at $15.
- OUās clear-bag policy and list of prohibited items will apply to the area and fans will not be permitted to bring their own food or beverage. Limited concession options, including beer and snacks, will be available in the area for purchase. Fans with tickets in Section 405 may enter the ballpark through the main gates and walk along the southeast side of the park through the parking lot on the first-base side to access the right field area.
- The Section 405 area will be gated, and non-ticketed seating will not be permitted.

TICKETING
- All tickets will be sent digitally and have Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled for the 2025 season.
- Fans will simply hold the back of their phone near the scanner instead of scanning a barcode, similar to tap-and-pay functionality with a credit card, allowing for quicker and more efficient entry.
- All digital tickets must be downloaded to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. To combat counterfeit tickets, screenshot tickets will not be scannable.
- Visiting team ticket allotments will be in accordance with Southeastern Conference guidelines.
- The L. Dale Mitchell Park Ticket Office will open two hours prior to the scheduled game time. The ticket office and will call windows are located behind home plate, along W. Imhoff Rd.
- In the case of a rainout or canceled game, fans who purchased a ticket for that contest may exchange it for any remaining home game on the schedule. A reserved ticket can be exchanged for a reserved seat at a future game, though the same seat cannot be guaranteed. Fans will need to contact the OU Ticket Office to exchange tickets for a future game to guarantee seating availability.
