Bryant Houk joined Oklahoma Athletics in February 2016 and currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Event & Game Operations.

In this role, he oversees all operations and logistics associated with executing internal and external events held within OU Athletic facilities and provides oversight and management responsible in hosting all postseason championships, including serving as a tournament director for the Women’s College World Series. He also leads and supervises the Lloyd Noble Center arena staff and operations, and serves as a key member of the capital project team as a primary project manager.

He previously served as an Assistant Director, Associate Director, and Director of Event & Game Operations for Oklahoma Athletics.

Prior to Oklahoma, he served as an event operations graduate assistant for Kansas State Athletics from July 2014 to January 2016. In that role, he assisted with the coordination and execution of event operations. While at Kansas State, he earned his master’s degree in college student personnel, student services in intercollegiate athletics.

Prior to his role at K-State, he served as a student manager & operations intern for Western Kentucky women’s basketball. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management with a minor in business administration from Western Kentucky.

His family in Norman includes his wife, Danay, daughters, Braylee and Em-J, and son, Leighton Bryant.
