Alex Beguhn joined Oklahoma Athletics in September 2022 as a Digital Marketing Coordinator with LEARFIELD Amplify. In this role, Beguhn executes marketing campaigns for OU Athletics across multiple sports, Sooner Club, and Sooner Sports Properties using the Oracle Eloqua platform, while also assisting with various digital strategy objectives and creative asset development.Â
A native of Tecumseh, Michigan, Beguhn graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Technology, majoring in Visual Communications Technology. His professional journey began during college when he served as a New Media & Design Intern with the BGSU Athletics Department from December 2018 to February 2020. Prior to his current role at Oklahoma Athletics, Beguhn served as Digital Marketing Manager at the BGSU Athletics Ticket Office from November 2021 to August 2022, after initially working as an assistant in the same department.Â
Outside of work, Beguhn is passionate about sports and stays current with college football and professional basketball. He pursues various creative interests including software design, videography, photography and print media design. These technical and artistic skills complement his professional expertise in digital marketing and visual communications, allowing him to bring a comprehensive creative perspective to his role at Oklahoma Athletics.Â
