NORMAN ā University of Oklahoma punter Grayson Miller was named the Ray Guy Award Punter of the Week after averaging 48.6 yards per punt in OU's game at Michigan on Saturday, the Augusta Sports Council and Ray Guy Award announced Tuesday.

Miller totaled 243 yards on his five punts with no touchbacks or returns. Three of his punts went longer than 50 yards, with a long of 62, and three were downed inside the 20-yard line. His punts on Saturday went for 40, 51, 52, 38 and 62 yards. His 62-yard punt with 4:43 remaining in the fourth quarter pinned Michigan at its own 1-yard line, and the 38-yard punt was downed inside Michigan's 10-yard line.

A fifth-year player from Edmond, Okla., Miller is averaging 47.8 yards on six punts this season, with three going at least 50 yards. He set a single-season school record last year with his 24 punts of 50 yards or more.

This is Miller's second career Ray Guy Award Player of the Week honor. He was also recognized on Oct. 28, 2025, after averaging 50.8 yards on four punts against Ole Miss.
