OU’s Home and Road SEC Men’s Basketball Opponents Announced

June 18, 2025 | Men's Basketball

NORMAN – The Southeastern Conference announced home and away opponents for the 2025-26 men's basketball season on Wednesday.

Oklahoma will host Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Ole Miss, Missouri, Texas and Texas A&M at Lloyd Noble Center. The Sooners will go on the road to face Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.

All nine teams set to visit Norman reached the 2025 NCAA Tournament, including Final Four participants Auburn and national champion Florida. OU holds a 249-207 all-time record against current SEC programs.

Each SEC team plays the other 15 schools at least once during league play, with three opponents played twice. Conference action tips off Saturday, Jan. 3, and runs through Saturday, March 7. The SEC Tournament is set for March 11-15 in Nashville, Tenn., at Bridgestone Arena.

The SEC is coming off one of the most dominant seasons in college basketball history. League teams went 185-23 in regular-season non-conference play, winning nearly 89% of those games. The conference also posted the highest KenPom efficiency rating ever at +22.09. A record 14 SEC teams earned NCAA Tournament bids in 2025, including Oklahoma, with seven reaching the Sweet 16 and four advancing to the Elite Eight.

Game times, dates and TV designations will be announced later.
