Soccer Releases Complete 2025 Regular Season Slate, Including SEC Games

Schedule Features 18 Regular Season Games, Two Exhibitions
NORMAN — Oklahoma soccer head coach Matt Mott announced the complete 2025 regular season schedule Monday, June 16. The Sooners will play 18 contests as well as a pair of exhibitions in OU's second season in the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
Of the 18 matches, 11 will be played at John Crain Field, including six non-conference games and five against SEC foes. OU's 11 home contests marks the most for the Sooners since the 2009 season.
Non-Conference Play
OU's first tune up of the season is set for August 5 in Fort Worth against TCU. The Sooners play a second exhibition match August 9 against Dallas Trinity FC before opening the regular season at home against Creighton August 14.
Oklahoma plays six regular season games in the month of August, including five at home. OU hosts Bedlam this year, with Oklahoma State coming to John Crain Field August 17. It's OU's first time hosting OSU since Oct. 6, 2022 when the teams played to a 1-1 draw. The three-match home stand concludes against East Texas A&M August 21, while the first road game of the regular season keeps the Sooners in-state August 24 at Tulsa.
The Sooners finish August by hosting Louisiana Tech August 28 and North Texas August 31.
September starts with a road match at Texas State Sept. 4, while non-conference play wraps up against Nebraska Omaha Sept. 7 back at John Crain Field.
Season Two in the SEC
OU's second season in the SEC starts in Lexington, Ky., with OU's first ever game at Kentucky, while the SEC home opener features Florida Sept. 18. Oklahoma makes its first trip to Nashville since 2009 when the Sooners take on the Commodores Sept. 21. The Sooners wrap up the month against South Carolina Sept. 26.
October sees OU go to the state of Alabama twice and Arkansas for the regular season finale, while the Sooners host Texas A&M (Oct. 5), Tennessee (Oct. 9) and Texas (Oct. 19). The Sooners go to Tuscaloosa to play Alabama Oct. 9, while rounding out the road slate at Auburn (Oct. 16) and Arkansas (Oct. 26).
