NORMAN — University of Oklahoma head soccer coach
Matt Mott announced the addition of nine signees to the program's 2025 recruiting class Friday. Elle Canty, Emily Davey, Aly Guthrie, Ally Laccinole, Drue Legan, Isabella Martinez, Logan Morrow, Callie Sullivan and Alyssa Tutas will join the Sooners as freshmen for the 2025 season.
The nine signees include one goalkeeper, two forwards, three midfielders and three defenders. Canty, Legan, Morrow and Sullivan are from Oklahoma, Guthrie and Martinez hail from Texas, Davey is from California, Laccinole from Washington and Tutas from Florida.
"I'm excited to announce the 2024 Sooner Soccer recruiting class," said Mott. "It's filled with great players from top to bottom. We've added goalkeeping, defenders, attacking midfielders, players who are going to help us all over the field. This is a group that will help us with our depth and be special players for us next season and beyond."

"I chose Oklahoma for several reasons, including the beautiful campus, the clean, safe environment that surrounds it and the atmosphere that the school creates for athletics. Everyone I met on my visit, from the academic staff to the soccer program, was super welcoming and I loved the entire coaching staff. I was also amazed by the support that the school provides for student-athletes. I felt like my goals and principles aligned well with the standards held for the team and it seemed like a great overall fit. Another aspect about Oklahoma, that appealed to me was the strong business program the school offers, as I intend to study business management and graduate with a degree in business. I can't wait for OU to be home."
