Upcoming Event: Women's Basketball versus NC State on December 3, 2025 at TBA

Pauline Love is set to begin her first season as associate head coach at Oklahoma in 2025-26 after being named to Jennie Baranczyk’s staff in May 2025.
A 13-year coaching veteran, Love brings a wealth of experience to Norman following eight seasons in the Southeastern Conference with stops at Arkansas (2017–24) and Alabama (2024–25). Widely regarded as one of the nation’s top recruiters, she has developed multiple All-Conference players and coached three WNBA Draft selections.
In her lone season at Alabama, Love served as the program’s recruiting coordinator and helped lead the Crimson Tide to a 24-8 record and a second-round appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Under her guidance, Alabama landed four top-100 recruits in the 2025 class and produced two WBCA All-Americans in Sarah Ashlee Barker and Aaliyah Nye.
Prior to her time in Tuscaloosa, Love spent seven seasons at Arkansas as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator under head coach Mike Neighbors. She helped guide the Razorbacks to two NCAA Tournament berths and signed three McDonald’s All-Americans. In addition, she played a key role in securing Izzy Higginbottom via the transfer portal; Higginbottom went on to lead the SEC in scoring in 2024. During Love’s tenure, seven Razorbacks earned 12 All-SEC honors.
Love began her coaching career with stints at McNeese (2012-13) and Southern Miss (2013-17), her alma mater. As a player at Southern Miss, Love earned three first-team All-Conference USA selections and remains among the program’s all-time leaders in scoring average, rebounding average, field goals made and minutes played. She began her collegiate career at Jones College before transferring to Southern Miss and later played one season with the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun.
A native of Luxora, Ark., Love has been inducted into the Southern Miss M-Club Hall of Fame, the Jones College Hall of Fame and the Mississippi Community College Sports Hall of Fame.
