• Sunday's meet is Everyday Heroes appreciation day, featuring "touch a truck" outside McCasland Field House on Brooks Mall.
• Giveaways include an OU beanie, free taco coupons and a challenge coin to military members.
• This is a $2 takeover meet, featuring $2 beer, soda and popcorn.
• Fans can participate in a push up contest with ROTC members. There will also be a t-shirt toss , a socks for sticks and an ice cream giveaway for the loudest fan of the meet.
• Admission to all Oklahoma men's gymnastics home meets during the 2026 season is free.
• The meet will be broadcast on ESPN+ with Chad McKee and Matt Wenske on the call.
• Live scoring will be available via Virti.us.

• Following Sunday's meet, the Sooners host Ohio State and Air Force on Saturday, Feb. 7 at McCasland Field House. The meet is set to begin at 6 p.m. CT, with introductions at 5:45 p.m. It is OU's annual Cleveland Night, featuring students and families from Norman's Cleveland Elementary School. Feb. 6-8 is also OU Gymnastics Alumni Weekend when the Sooners will welcome back alumni from both the men's and women's programs.
• Freshman Nathan Roman was named the CGA national Rookie of the Week following his performance in OU's road win at Michigan. Roman claimed the parallel bars title for the second consecutive meet, posting a 13.850 in the anchor position. He also recorded a 13.900 on vault and a 12.300 on floor exercise. The Poway, Calif., product ranks second nationally on parallel bars with a 14.175 season average.
• Senior Kelton Christiansen and fifth-year senior Brigham Frentheway were selected as senior captains for the 2026 season as voted by their teammates.
• Oklahoma returns two bronze medalists from the NCAA Championships in redshirt-senior Fuzzy Benas (all-around) and junior Tas Hajdu (still rings), and two gymnasts who earned All-America honors in Christiansen (high bar) and junior Colin Flores (p-bars). Additionally, Christiansen (high bar), Hajdu (rings), senior Ignacio Yockers (pommel horse) and sophomore Francisco Velez Belendez (rings) earned regular season All-America honors from the CGA.
• The Sooners also return redshirt juniors Leo Koike and Mac Seyler, juniors Tyler Flores and Nico Hamilton and redshirt sophomores Arthur Ballon, Max Bereznev and Brandon Zepeda-Orth. Bereznev, a 2024 vault All-American, missed the 2025 season with an injury.
• OU welcomed several newcomers to the roster, including sophomore Colby Aranda and freshmen Sasha Bogonosiuk, Max Morelos, Alex Noel, Jackson Rendon and Nathan Roman.
• Fuzzy Benas, Sasha Bogonosiuk and Nathan Roman are pre-qualified for 2026 Winter Cup as members of the U.S. Senior Men's National Team. Future Sooners Dante Reive and Hunter Simpson, who signed with OU as members of the 2026 class, are also pre-qualified to compete at Winter Cup, which will be held Feb. 21-22 in Louisville, Ky.
• Mark Williams is in his 27th season as Oklahoma head coach. He has led the Sooners to 617 victories (617-61-1 [.909]), nine national championships and 20 MPSF conference titles since his first season in 2000.
• Oklahoma is No. 1 in the Week 3 national rankings with an average team score of 322.900 after posting a 321.850 in a road win at Michigan on Saturday afternoon.
