THE MORE YOU KNOW

SENIOR SALUTE
Friday's meet will serve as senior night for the incredible senior class of Jordan Bowers, Audrey Davis, Danae Fletcher and Danielle Sievers. The group has put together an illustrious career that includes 138 career wins and an undefeated 44-0 record at home.

Combined, the group has 18 All-America honors, 10 individual conference titles and two individual national titles. They have won two NCAA National Championships, three regional titles and three Big 12 Championships, along with an NCAA runner-up and Big 12 runner-up finish. Bowers was the 2024 Big 12 Gymnast of the Year while Davis was a 2024 AAI Award Finalist.

LOOK BACK AT IT
Behind their third-highest road score this season, the Sooners took down No. 11 Auburn, 197.925-196.900, last Friday night inside Neville Arena in Auburn, Ala.

Jordan Bowers claimed her fifth all-around title of the season with a 39.675 on the night and all marks of 9.9 or higher. Bowers also claimed the beam title with a season-high 9.95. Faith Torrez claimed bars and floor with matching 9.95s and Elle Mueller's near-perfect 9.975 on vault gave the freshman her first career event title.

MUELLER NAMED SEC CO-SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK
With a career-high 9.975 on vault Friday night against Auburn, Elle Mueller earned her first weekly award of the season, claiming SEC Co-Specialist of the Week. Mueller is the second Sooner to win specialist of the week, joining teammate Keira Wells who claimed the honor after the first week of the season. The Sooners have now claimed nine weekly honors to lead the league with six different athletes being recognized.

Mueller stole the show on vault Friday night, sticking her Yurchenko 1.5 for a near-perfect 9.975 to claim her first career event title. Mueller was not originally slated to vault on Friday and was inserted into the lineup after the touch warmup. The freshman seized the moment, earning herself a career high on the event.

Mueller also added a 9.875 on a gorgeous floor routine to help the Sooners to their third-highest road score of the season and highest road score in SEC competition this season.

SWEET HOME OKLA(HOME)A
Oklahoma is 152-4 inside Lloyd Noble Center since the arrival of head coach K.J. Kindler in 2007 and has posted 90 consecutive home victories across 59 meets dating back to 2014. The 2025 senior class is currently undefeated at home in their careers.

OU has five regular season home meets in 2025, welcoming Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Florida and Michigan to the LNC throughout the year.

SERIES HISTORY
Friday's meet will be the 39th all-time meeting between the Sooners and Wolverines. OU currently leads the all-time series, 18-10 and has won the last two meetings between the teams. Since 2011, the Sooners are 17-2 against Michigan. Michigan's two victories in the last decade came in the 2021 National Championship and 2023 in Ann Arbor in a No. 1 v. No. 2 battle.

FRESHMAN IMPACT
The freshmen class has made an immediate impact to OU's lineups in 2025. Addison Fatta, Elle Mueller, Lily Pederson and Kelsey Slade have combined for 38.75 percent of competition routines thus far. The group has an almost impeccable hit rate of .989 in 2024, hitting 92 of 93 routines.

TO 198…AND BEYOND
Oklahoma has totaled 77 scores of 198 or better in program history, including 69 since 2016. Of those 77 scores, only 30 have been earned at home, with 47 coming at road or neutral site competitions. Of the road scores, only 22 have occurred in regional or national competitions, including a 198.3875 at the 2024 NCAA Championship, which tied for the highest NCAA Finals score in history. In 2024, the Sooners earned a program and NCAA best 198.950 at the Big 12 Championships.

SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
No. 17 Michigan:
Michigan enters Friday's meet off a second-place finish at Big Fours last weekend. The Wolverines boast a top 20 ranking on every event coming in at No. 12 on beam, No. 15 on bars, No. 16 on floor and No. 18 on vault. Jahzara Ranger has been the back-to-back Big 10 Freshman of the Week to lead the Wolverines, while Carly Bauman ranks inside the top 25 on her three events (floor, bars, beam).

LOOKING AHEAD
The Sooners will close out the regular season at Georgia on Friday, March 14. OU will then look ahead to its first SEC Championship competition on Saturday, March 22, in Birmingham, Ala.
