NORMAN – University of Oklahoma men's gymnastics freshman Nathan Roman and 2026 signee Dante Reive will compete at the 2025 Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships, which run Nov. 19-24 in Manila, Philippines.
Roman and Reive will represent the United States in the all-around competition, which begins with a qualifying session on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 2:30 a.m. CST.
The top 24 gymnasts (limited to two per country) will advance to the all-around final on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 a.m. CDT. The top eight qualifiers on each apparatus (limited to two per country) will advance to apparatus finals. The floor exercise, pommel horse and still rings finals will be held Sunday, Nov. 23 at 12 a.m. CDT, while the vault, parallel bars, and high bar finals will take place on Monday, Nov. 24 at 12 a.m. CDT.

Roman and Reive, who were named to Team USA Junior World Championships team following the 2025 Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships, combined to help win team silver at the DTB Pokal Team Challenge in Stuttgart, Germany last spring. At DTB Pokal, Reive won gold on still rings and Roman captured bronze on floor exercise on rings.
