November 12, 2025 | Volleyball

NORMAN – Oklahoma head volleyball coach Aaron Mansfield announced the addition of two student-athletes on National Signing Day. Joining the Sooners for the 2026 season will be Halle Delince and DaMya Mann

Halle DeLince

Halle Delince | Middle/PIN | Port Saint Lucie, Fla. | John Carroll Catholic High School

Delince comes to Oklahoma from Port Saint Lucie, Fla., where she attends John Carroll Catholic High School. With her high school team, she is a two-time district runner-up in 2024 and 2025. She has amassed nearly 600 kills and over 100 blocks in her career. She was named an Athlete of the Month by the St. Lucie Mets, a TCPalm Athlete of the Week and AVCA Player of the Week while at Carroll High School. She plays club volleyball for Vero Elite 18.

Delince is the daughter of Wilnite and Enrico Delince and has two siblings: Enrika and Aaron. She plans to study medicine at OU.

Delince on joining Oklahoma: "The campus gave off such a good energy and I could really see myself growing there. My dad has always liked OU too and hearing how much he believed it would be a great place for me was a big part of my decision. I also like how OU takes academics seriously and gives student-athletes the support they need to do well and be successful. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, learning from my coaches and teachers and getting to experience everything the school has, including game days!"

OU head coach Aaron Mansfield on Delince: "Halle is one of the most explosive athletes in her class and has a very high ceiling of potential. Halle can play a number of positions and we look forward to developing her all-around skillset to see where she can best contribute on the court. We look forward to Halle joining our team in the summer."

DaMya Mann

DaMya Mann | Setter | San Antonio, Texas | John M. Harlan High School

Mann comes to Oklahoma from San Antonio, Texas, where she attends John M. Harlan High School. In 2023, she was a state semifinalist. As a senior, she tallied 2,000 assists, 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs, while adding 1,000 assists as a junior. In 2022, she was a second-team all-district selection. Mann was the 2023 Offensive Player of the Year and a TGCA All-State Team selection. She earned all-state honors in 2024, along with MVP honors. With her club team, Alamo VBA, she was the 2024 Freedom National Champion and MVP.

Mann is the daughter of Jeffrey and Adrienne Mann and has one sister, Dailyn, who played volleyball at Our Lady of the Lake University. She plans to major in health and exercise science at OU.

Mann on joining Oklahoma: "I decided to attend OU because of the amount of interest the coaches had in me, the level of play, and the overall comfortability of the environment. I'm looking forward to the new experiences with Oklahoma: a new team, new place, and a different level."

OU head coach Aaron Mansfield on Mann: "DaMya is flat out one of the most talented setters in the country. Her ability to play the whole game, her competitive nature and her commitment to being a student of the game will allow her to excel here at OU. She also possesses many leadership qualities that will help our team out right away. We can't wait to get her here this spring."
