FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. — The Oklahoma men's and women's track teams capped their regular season at the Arkansas Twilight Friday, highlighted by a meet-record setting performance from sophomore
Chesni Scott and a pair of event wins.
Scott opened the meet for the Sooners, throwing a 54.07m to take the women's discus title and set a new record at the Arkansas Twilight.
Adrian Stuphan earned a personal best in the men's 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:25.86 for a top-10 finish.
Graduate student
Nebtom N'Da earned the women's long jump title with her leap of 6.14m (20'1.75") (+2.4), while freshman
Ashley Lister jumped 6.04m (19'9.75") for a second-place finish.
