NORMAN — University of Oklahoma head men's gymnastics coach Mark Williams announced Thursday the program's 2027 schedule, a slate that features four regular season home meets inside McCasland Field House and both the MPSF Championships and NCAA Championships in Norman.

The 2027 NCAA Men's Gymnastics Championships, which return to Norman for the first time since 2022, will be held April 16-17 at Lloyd Noble Center. The MPSF Championship will be hosted by OU for the first time since 2024.

The Sooners, two-time reigning MPSF Champions and national runner-up at the 2026 NCAA Championships, will play host to Michigan, Penn State, California, Air Force, Army and Greenville in home meets this season and face Stanford, Nebraska, Ohio State, California and Air Force in away meets.

"We have a very competitive schedule this year," Williams said. "We get started early with our Red/White intrasquad meet in December, and we'll kind of get a sense of where we are going into Christmas break. Our first meet is pretty early at the Beach Blast, which is a qualifier for Winter Cup and a team meet with Air Force. The next week, we go to Rocky Mountain Open, which is our traditional invitational with Stanford, Air Force and Nebraska. It's always a good gauge of where we are early.

"We have a couple of home meets with Greenville and Air Force at home that should be good opportunities for our fans to see us for the first time. From there, we have Ohio State and Stanford, which should be a good away test and a good challenge. Our big meet for the first half of the season is with Greenville and Penn State in Norman, which will include our Cleveland Elementary partners. After Winter Cup, we'll go to Nebraska, which is always challenging, and then have Cal and Stanford in Palo Alto, which will be another big test. Then, we'll finish the regular season with Michigan and Cal at home on March 20."

OU will hold its annual Red/White intrasquad meet at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Sam Viersen Gymnastics Center.

Oklahoma opens the 2027 season with a Winter Cup qualifying event on Jan. 9 at the Beach Blast Invitational in Galveston, Texas. OU then travels to Colorado for the Rocky Mountain Open on Jan. 16 in Colorado Springs, Colo.

The Sooners begin their home schedule with back-to-back meets in McCasland Field House, welcoming Greenville on Jan. 23 and Air Force on Jan. 30. OU will travel to Columbus, Ohio, for a meet with Ohio State and reigning national champion Stanford on Sunday, Feb. 7.

Oklahoma returns home to McCasland Field House for a quad-meet with Army, Greenville and Penn State on Feb. 20, which will be the program's annual Cleveland Night.

USA Gymnastics Winter Cup will be held Feb. 26-27 in Louisville Ky. Individuals who qualify for the event will compete to secure spots at the 2027 U.S. Gymnastics Championships and selection to the U.S. Senior Men's National Team.

Following the Winter Cup break, the Sooners go on the road for back-to-back meets at Nebraska on March 6 in Lincoln, Neb., and with Stanford and California on March 13 in Palo Alto, Calif.

Oklahoma will conclude the regular season with a home tri-meet with Michigan and California in McCasland Field House on March 20.

The MPSF Championship will be held in Norman on April 3. OU has won 21 MPSF Championships, including each of the last two, and 29 conference titles overall.

The NCAA Championships will be held April 16-17, at Lloyd Noble Center, as the Sooners go for their 13th national title.

"We are hosting both the conference meet and the NCAA Championships," Williams said. "At the beginning of April, we'll host the MPSF Championship, and then two weeks later, we'll host the NCAA Championships in Lloyd Noble Center. We're hoping to have many, many people come out and support us with a chance to win a national championship."

Ticket information for both the MPSF and NCAA championship events will be communicated when available.

Admission to all OU men's gymnastics regular season home meets during the 2027 season will be free.
