LEXINGTON, Ky. — Sophomore
Juliette Rayo cut a 2-0 deficit in half with a goal in the 83rd minute, but Kentucky's (7-2, 1-0 SEC) lead was too much to overcome as No. 20 Oklahoma Soccer (7-1-1, 0-1-0 SEC) was clipped, 2-1, Friday, Sept. 12 in the conference opener.
OU's record unbeaten streak to start a season was snapped at eight matches as OU lost for the first time in 11 contests dating back to last season.

Hadley Murrell header that sailed just left of the far post.
A hand ball in the box set up Kentucky's penalty kick opportunity in the 43rd minute. Anna Sikorski caromed the shot off the left post and in for the lead.
Kentucky extended its lead with the eventual game-winning score in the 52nd minute. OU held tough, generating good scoring opportunities off the foot of
Naomi Clark and
Kayla Keefer. Kentucky held firm until Rayo broke free and scored on a cross from Keefer in the 83rd minute for the final goal of the night.
