Four Sooners Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

NORMAN  — Oklahoma Softball's Ailana Agbayani, Sam Landry, Kasidi Pickering and Cydney Sanders were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team as announced Tuesday, May 27. 

Agbayani, Landry and Pickering all advance to the national ballot to be voted on by members of CSC. 

The 2025 CSC Academic All-District teams honor the country's top student-athletes for their combined work on the diamond and in the classroom. CSC, formerly known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), will announce All-American honorees June 17. 

OU Softball has tallied 42 CSC Academic All-District honorees all-time, including 20 CSC Academic All-American honorees under head coach Patty Gasso. 

The Sooners will take on No. 7 Tennessee Thursday, May 29 at 1:30 p.m. in the Sooners' opening contest of the 2025 Women's College World Series.
