REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS
With a 7-1 record in conference action, the Sooners claimed their first regular season SEC championship. Oklahoma shared the crown with LSU, who also finished the season at 7-1. This is the 21st conference title for the Sooners, who boast 15 Big 12 titles and five Big 8 titles.

In its first year in the league, Oklahoma defeated Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Missouri to claim the regular season. The lone loss came at LSU on Feb. 14. During the regular season, the Sooners claimed 12 individual weekly honors, a league best, with seven different athletes being recognized. OU was the only school to have multiple athletes claim each weekly honor throughout the season.

CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY
The Sooners will compete in their first SEC Championship Saturday night after spending nearly 30 years in the Big 12 Conference. While in the Big 12, Oklahoma won 15 conference titles, including 14 under head coach K.J. Kindler.

During OU's time in the Big 12, 42 athletes won 96 individual conference titles. Four members of the current OU team have claimed individual conference titles in their careers, led by Jordan Bowers's seven.

ROTATION ORDER
As the No. 1 seed, the Sooners had first pick of their rotation for Saturday night. Oklahoma will rotate in true Olympic order: vault, bars, beam, floor. LSU will begin on bars, Missouri on beam and Florida on floor.

AAI AWARD FINALISTS
Jordan Bowers and Audrey Davis have been named two of six finalists for the prestigious AAI Award, recognizing the most outstanding senior female gymnast in the country. The honor is voted on by NCAA women's gymnastics head coaches and sponsored by American Athletic, Inc. (AAI).

The AAI Award is considered one of the highest honors given in the sport of women's gymnastics. Davis, a fifth-year senior, was named a finalist for the second straight season. Bowers joins Davis in a group of Sooner legends who were finalists including Megan Ferguson (2012), Brie Olson (2013), Taylor Spears (2014), Erica Brewer (2015), Haley Scaman (2016), Chayse Capps (2017), AJ Jackson (2018), Brenna Dowell (2019), Maggie Nichols (2020 – Winner) and Anastasia Webb (2021).

The duo are joined by four additional finalists including Jade Carey (Oregon State), Aleah Finnegan (LSU), Grace McCallum (Utah) and Leanne Wong (Florida).

FATTA SEC FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
After a career night in the regular season finale at Georgia, freshman Addison Fatta was named the SEC Co-Freshman of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.

Fatta, who shared the award with LSU's Kailin Chio, was honored by the SEC for the first time this season. Seven different athletes have claimed a league-best 12 weekly honors this season for Oklahoma. With Fatta claiming freshman of the week honors, the Sooners are the only program to have two athletes earn the honor this season as Lily Pederson picked up a pair of accolades in January.

The Wrightsville, Pa., native earned a 39.650 in the all-around during Friday's meet against Georgia to shatter her previous career high of 39.525. Fatta is one of just two freshmen this season to earn a 39.600 or higher in the all-around.

ROAD WARRIORS
In the last decade, the Sooners have shown they are a force to be reckoned with away from the friendly confines of Lloyd Noble Center. Since 2015, the Sooners boast a 226-14 record on the road, a 94.1 percent win rate. This includes a 61-6 record at true away competition sites and a 165-8 mark at neutral sites. In 2025, the Sooners are 10-1 in road meets. The Sooners boast the highest away score this season with a 198.475 at Georgia on March 14. OU is the only school to hit the 198 mark outside its home state on multiple occasions.

TO 198…AND BEYOND
Oklahoma has totaled 79 scores of 198 or better in program history, including 71 since 2016. Of those 79 scores, only 31 have been earned at home, with 48 coming at road or neutral site competitions. Of the road scores, only 22 have occurred in regional or national competitions, including a 198.3875 at the 2024 NCAA Championship, which tied for the highest NCAA Finals score in history. In 2024, the Sooners earned a program and NCAA best 198.950 at the Big 12 Championships.

LOOKING AHEAD
The Sooners will await their regional destination, traveling to either Salt Lake City, Utah, Seattle, Wash., State College, Pa., or Tuscaloosa, Ala. Regional competition will be held April 2-6.
Teams to compete in the three-day competition will be announced Monday, March 24 at 11 a.m. CT.
