Stassi Named to U.S. Senior Women’s National Team

PHOENIX – Incoming Oklahoma freshman Izzy Stassi was named to the U.S. Senior Women's National Team following the conclusion of the 2026 Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships on Sunday.
Stassi earned a bronze medal on vault, tied for fourth on bars, and tied for eighth in the all-around with a two-day total of 107.100. She posted a 53.500 on the opening night before improving to a 53.600 in the final session on Sunday.
On day one, Stassi recorded a 13.750 on vault, 13.800 on bars, 12.900 on beam and 13.050 on floor. She followed with scores of 13.600 on vault, 13.400 on bars, 13.200 on beam and 13.400 on floor on the final day of competition.
National Team members will have the opportunity to earn a spot on the U.S. roster for the 2026 World Championships, set for Oct. 17-25 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
